The person in charge of training, Mathieu Marcoux, has decided to make a video to give the status of the situation. Please take the time to watch this video, if you have any questions related to umpire training.
Dates of virtual stage by Baseball Québec
You only need to select ONE date, not two, to complete your theory training and then take the exam after your training.
You also need to take an on-field clinic:
Level 1
April 18 - 6:30 PM - LINK AND REGISTRATION WILL BE AVAILABLE SOON
April 25 - 6:30 PM - LINK AND REGISTRATION WILL BE AVAILABLE SOON
Level 2 (Formé et Certifié) - All level 2's
April 20 - 6:30 PM -LINK AND REGISTRATION WILL BE AVAILABLE SOON
April 27 - 6:30 PM - LINK AND REGISTRATION WILL BE AVAILABLE SOON
As a follow up to the email I sent out a few weeks ago regarding the 2023 membership.
You can now advise your umpires to follow the link below for registration. They will need to create a new Spordle account and pay the registration fee of $31.20 plus tax.
Officiels niveaux 1-2-3 – Adhésion provinciale 2023 | BASEBALL QUÉBEC (spordle.com)
This amount can be refunded to umpires if the association agrees after the season has started.
